Heaven After Dark
I was part of the core team behind Heaven After Dark, a large-scale, multidisciplinary live event launched within Berlin’s nightlife ecosystem. The project combined music, arts, and culture, positioning the event as a premium, internationally relevant experience and attracting over 2,000 attendees for its inaugural edition.
My role focused on business development, growth planning, and digital marketing, alongside overseeing content production and digital distribution across YouTube, social platforms, and podcast channels. This included shaping the event’s commercial strategy, audience acquisition, and long-term growth framework.
Despite launching for the first time in a highly competitive market, the event sold 2,000 tickets and generated over €50,000 in profit, validating both the commercial model and audience demand, and establishing a scalable foundation for future editions.
